Jul. 11--Sheila Baker is protective of the Italian Oven restaurant she and her family own in Somerset, Somerset County. Years ago, the site launched a chain that eventually grew to more than 100 restaurants in 17 states before the franchisor went bankrupt. Fans of the Italian Oven concept can still find many of the original pasta and pizza dishes here.
But Baker, who had been considering opening a second Italian Oven in Greensburg, is now trying to decide whether or not she'll abandon the name.
