Jul. 13--Bollywood is coming to town -- on cable.
Glitzy, melodramatic, Hindi-language films from India are being showcased on Time Warner Cable's movie order channel for a trial run in July and August.
It's just the latest in a big push by the cable net to milk its ethnic audience for the big bucks pay-per-view movies represent.
While on-demand services represent barely 3 percent of cable revenues, Time Warner said it's one of their most popular items.
