Jul. 13--S&P UPGRADES THAI LIFE RATING OUTLOOK: Standard & Poor's said yesterday that it had revised the outlook for the local currency counterparty and financial strength ratings of Thai Life Insurance to positive from stable. The local currency counterparty and financial strength rating of BBB+ was affirmed.
S&P said the outlook reflected expectations for continued improvement in the life insurer's financial profile, underpinned by its strengthened profitability and capitalisation.
