MIAMI _ Grammy-award winning R&B singer R. Kelly found himself back in the spotlight over child pornography charges Wednesday after Miami-Dade police arrested the 36-year-old singer outside a Miami-area hotel on a Polk County, Fla., warrant.
Kelly was charged with 12 counts of possession of child pornography for a dozen digital images seized when Polk authorities arrested him in Davenport, Fla., on a Chicago warrant in June.
Kelly's attorneys did not return calls. But Allan Mayer, a spokesman for the musician, issued the following statement: "At this point, it looks to us like a classic case of ...
