CHICAGO -- Quiet machines and clean water were recurring themes in ice-making products shown at the recent National Restaurant Association (NRA) Restaurant-Hotel-Motel Show and Food Marketing Institute (FMI) Supermarket Industry Convention and Educational Exposition, both held here within a few weeks of each other.
