Akzo Nobel says it will get 65 million [euro] ($78 million) in subsidies from the Dutch government toward a 160-million [euro] chlorine restructuring project that aims to curb chlorine transportation by rail in the Netherlands by January 1, 2006 (CW, Feb. 4, p. 16).
