BETHLEHEM, Pa., July 14 /PRNewswire/ -- PA Governor Edward G. Rendell today announced that Lehigh University and Franklin & Marshall College have been certified by the Department of Community and Economic Development to participate in the Keystone Innovation Zone program, a cornerstone of the Governor's economic-stimulus initiative.
Earlier this year, the Ben Franklin Technology Development Authority simultaneously awarded administrative funding to the two institutions of higher education, making them the first participants in the unprecedented program.
