Sales of livestock genetic products to the French artificial insemination (AI) market are growing, with the U.S. share valued at $4 million in 1991 - a 50-percent increase over 1990.
Even though U.S. exporters claim only a small share of the French AI market, the future appears bright for increased sales. In addition, relatively small changes in market share could translate into major dollar volumes.
