Jul. 15--ENCINO, Calif. -- Three inches long, packed with nickels, an unmistakable vinyl odor wafting from its pinched mouth the Quikoin has returned.

The kitschy change purse, a staple of many a man's keychain decades ago, has been popping up in all sorts of odd places. The Beverly Hills Hotel has them done up in its signature pink and green. Nancy Sinatra uses them to hype her Web site. Car dealerships give them away as promos, grocers hand them out as thank-yous and famed fille de joie Heidi Fleiss promotes her Hollywood Madam adult book store.
