JACKSONVILLE, Fla. _ A few dozen yards from where the Jacksonville Jaguars run through their mini-camp practice, an army of construction workers hauls wheelbarrows into Alltel Stadium, which is being upgraded and expanded.
The sound of cranes, jackhammers and rivet guns echoes and everyone in sight seems to be wearing either a football helmet or hard hat. In the stadium's catacombs, the new site boss, rookie Coach Jack Del Rio, is attempting to reconstruct a scene from last year when he went a little blue-collar, lunch-pail crazy himself.
