OKLAHOMA CITY _ A ferocious storm that first ignited in southwestern Oklahoma spawned a series of tornadoes late Friday and early Saturday, plowing a destructive path across Oklahoma City and northeastward halfway to Tulsa.
It marked the second time in two days that the Sooner capital was victimized by violent weather. Even more remarkable: No one died in either storm. Only five injuries were reported in the onslaught of late Friday and early Saturday.
