  SENATE APPROVES AMENDMENT BASED ON SPECTER/BIDEN LEGISLATION 
   REQUIRING COLLEGES TO ESTABLISH POLICIES FOR CAMPUS SEXUAL ASSAULT 
WASHINGTON, Feb. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- The Senate last night approved an amendment based on the Campus Sexual Assault Victims' Bill of Rights Act, introduced jointly by U.S. Sens. Arlen Specter (R-Pa.) and Joseph Biden (D-Del.). 
The amendment requires colleges and universities to provide programs aimed at prevention of sex offenses and to establish procedures followed once these crimes have occurred.
