LANCE ARMSTRONG is set to take command as the Tour de France finally heads into the Pyrenees today.
Today's stage concludes with a tough uphill finish to the ski resort of La Mongie and tomorrow's finish at Plateau de Beille should provide an even sterner test.
Armstrong won in both La Mongie and Plateau de Beille two years ago to set up his fourth Tour victory.
