IN MAY OF 1969, GOELZER & Co. Inc., the predecessor to Goelzer Investment Management and Goelzer Investment Banking, was established by Don W. Goelzer as a registered broker/dealer with the Securities and Exchange Commission, NASD and the state of Indiana.
