A BOMBSHELL report is about to blow apart another of George Bush's justifications for invading Iraq.
The bipartisan Congressional inquiry into the September 11 terror attacks on New York and Washington is expected to say that Iran was much more to blame for them than Iraq.
The Iranians are said to have given safe passage to eight to ten Al Qaeda hijackers heading for training camps in Afghanistan.
They relaxed border controls and did not stamp the hijackers' passports so suspicions would not be raised when they later entered the U.S.
