Well, maybe not everyone ... but they could, if they wanted to.
The newest fitness craze offers something for everyone, no matter how old, no matter how fit. Belly dance is picking up speed in community centers, college classrooms, dance studios and private living rooms across the nation.
The long-enduring dance now is being touted as a way to get _ and stay _ in shape. Instructors are working to take it mainstream, like yoga and Pilates.
