EAGLE, Colo. _ The attorney for the 20-year-old Eagle woman who has accused Los Angeles Lakers guard Kobe Bryant of sexual assault beseeched the judge to discontinue posting case documents on the state court's Web site and to bar cameras from the courtroom during next month's trial.
Bryant was back at the Eagle County Justice Center for another pretrial motions hearing Monday, and attorney John Clune made an emotional plea to Chief District Court Judge Terry Ruckriegle to protect his client from what he characterized as further invasions of her privacy and threats to her life.
