Extending the No. 7 subway line to the West Side? Check.
Building a football stadium for the New York Jets? Bad idea.
Those are some of the conclusions of a position paper by the Regional Plan Association that was released Monday after a year of research into a massive development proposal for the Hudson Yards area of Manhattan's West Side.
