Dec. 14--Nothing ticks off e-mail users like raunchy spam. It simply undoes parents like Jill Still.
The Stone Mountain mother has a software program to protect her 10-year-old son from offensive material on the Internet. But the program doesn't catch the pitches for the Teenage Cheerleaders XXX video and other sordid products that invade her in box.
"Being that the computer is in the family room, he can read what I get," said Still, 44. "It would embarrass me if my little one opened one or saw me accidentally open one. The subject lines alone make me angry."
She probably will stay that way.
