DS Smith Speciality Packaging, based in Cornwall South West England, design develop and manufacture a wide range of packaging for markets both within the UK and Internationally.
Because of the difficulties in storing and of disposing polystyrene, DS Smith have developed an alternative corrugated packaging system called 'Silver King' used particularly by fish processors, but can be tailored to individual products for size, print and performance, making it suitable for most 'foodstuffs' requiring thermal and moisture barriers. Two of the 'bespoke' box designs have already achieved British Airways World Cargo Approval.
