CULVER CITY, Calif. -- In a ceremonial groundbreaking, West Los Angeles College (WLAC) unveiled the first phase of a comprehensive campus re-design that will address much-needed improvements and ensure that the college is prepared to meet the community's future educational needs with funding from Propositions A and AA, two facilities bond measures that were approved by voters in April 2001 and May 2003.
