Tyngsboro, Mass., Children's Gym Helps Kids Get Early Start on Fitness.

Nov. 24--TYNGSBORO, Mass.--Health experts agree that starting a fitness routine early is important for children.

But how early is too early?

Jeff Lima, co-owner of children-only fitness franchise My Gym, would say less than three months old. It's at that point that he suggests signing them up for a Tiny Tykes class to learn how to climb, tumble and strengthen their bodies using their natural abilities and movements.
