SACRAMENTO - The two fastest high hurdlers in University of Oregon history were fast enough Saturday to reach today's semifinals in the 110-meter hurdles in the U.S. Olympic Track and Field Trials at Hornet Stadium.
Sophomore Eric Mitchum, the school record-holder, and former Oregon standout Micah Harris, whose record was taken by Mitchum this year, are competing in their first Olympic Trials, and both said their goal is to make the final, which will be held later this afternoon.
