GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., July 21 /PRNewswire/ -- The Iserv Co., one of the largest independent ISPs (Internet Service Providers) in Michigan, today announced it has acquired the customers of Harrisville, Mich.-based Renegade Productions, Inc. (http://www.kwcom.net/ ). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The agreement provides Iserv with current customer base of Renegade in Alpena, Alcona, Iosco, Ogemaw, Oscoda and Montmorency counties. Current Renegade customers will continue to use the same dial-up access numbers and e- mail addresses.
Billing and customer support for these communities will switch to Iserv effective July 21, 2004. Customer ...
