In the heart of one of the hottest residential areas in Manhattan, Rudd Realty is converting a century-old warehouse into luxury, loft-style rental apartments. The five-story building at 678-680 Ave. of the Americas will have seven luxury units, four of which will have roof decks.
"Chelsea is one of the most active areas in the city right now, particularly for young couples," said Frederick J. Rudd, president of Rudd Realty.
"Our project is distinctive. Few of the new units coming on the market in the area are rentals."
