Oct. 2--HARVEYS LAKE, Pa.--An owner of Grotto Pizza and a development partner will officially break ground today for the first town homes project in Harveys Lake.
Ten of the first 14 units of the Marina Pointe development on Route 415 have been sold. Forty percent of the sales are to out-of-state residents with ties to the area. Some are former area residents who want to return home.
When fully developed, Marina Pointe will consist of 45 units in nine buildings, said Armand Mascioli, a co-owner of Grotto Pizza.
He and co-developer Jack Smulowitz hope to establish a "marina community feeling" with the development ...
