Sep. 24--Three of the nation's top bronze-figure sculptors -- artists who turn metal into realistic likenesses of animals, people and their surroundings -- Wednesday visited the site in downtown Omaha of what will be their largest work.
Blair Buswell, Ed Fraughton and Kent Ullberg, who are turning parts of two city blocks into a huge sculpture display, took part in a public ribbon-cutting ceremony to open the newest park to the public.
The artists and officials from First National of Nebraska met at the company's park at 16th and Dodge Streets to unveil a buffalo by Ullberg. The bison seems to startle a flock of geese that ...
