Jul. 23--BANGOR, Maine -- PUBLIC RADIO, TV TO RESUME OLD NAME: The Maine Public Broadcasting Corp. will soon be known by its former name.

As of October, the radio and television system will be renamed the Maine Public Broadcasting Network as part of a campaign to change its image, according to Rhonda Morin, communications director.

"We're looking to touch ... all of the Maine community," Morin said Wednesday.
