WASHINGTON, July 23 /PRNewswire/ -- The Committee for Justice (CFJ), which promotes constitutionalist judicial nominees, today rolled out its "Kerry's Scary" project to call attention to the type of judiciary a President Kerry would appoint, and what effect it would have on the nation.
"In the next four years the President will appoint at least two and as many as four justices to the U.S. Supreme Court," CFJ Chairman C. Boyden Gray said. "In addition, he will name about 35 members of the circuit courts, and scores of district judges."
