RICHARD R. GOEBEL RESIGNS AS VP-FINANCE AND TREASURER
OF ROYAL APPLIANCE MFG. CO.
CLEVELAND, March 2 /PRNewswire/ -- John Balch, president and chief executive officer of Royal Appliance Mfg. Co. (NASDAQ: RVAC) announced today that Richard R. Goebel has resigned as vice president-finance and treasurer effective as of March 31, 1992. Balch said, "We will be immediately forming a search committee to look for Rick's successor. The committee will consist of Rick, me and Lou Schneeberger (a member of the board of directors who is vice president-finance of Olympic Steel, Inc.).
