Oct. 29--Investors in Spokane Raceway Park have sued President Orville Moe, claiming they have received no returns on investments made during the past 30 years.
Additionally, two weeks ago, Moe's two brothers, Maynard and Earl Moe, and a nephew, Troy Moe, asked the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to investigate him for alleged fraud.
"In time we believe that all the information about where the money is going will come out," said Troy Moe, who resigned his position as the raceway park's consultant in June.
