Jul. 24--Linda Caballero-Merritt, director of marketing and corporate communications for the San Diego Workforce Partnership, has been named president and chief executive of the San Diego County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
She will take over the chamber post Aug. 9, replacing Eduardo Landeros, who has been serving as interim president since June 2003.
