Big gainers last week included Riggs National on news that it was bought by PNC for $779 million. The 9.65% notes of 2009 moved up nine points to trade at 115.625, according to Advantage Data. Atlas Air Worldwide Holding's plan for exiting bankruptcy was approved and helped push up its three outstanding bonds six points, to trade at 51.625. The company plans to exit bankruptcy around July 26. Another big gainer was the UK fixed network and Internet service provider Energis, which was recently awarded a contract to provide a wholesale broadband product to Internet company Wanadoo UK.
