CHRIS LEVINE is liable to wax emotive about his favourite medium. 'Light is a force of nature,' he says, 'a thing of profound beauty.' It sounds a bit over the top perhaps, but then Levine is no ordinary lighting designer.
Indeed, the very phrase 'lighting designer' cannot convey the breadth of his output. He uses holography, lasers, LED lighting and photography to create images, products, installations, performances and displays, and his work has been applied to concerts, shops, exhibitions and products.
