Mixed Berry Scones with Creme de Framboise Cream

THESE scones are easy to make, but take care not to overhandle the dough - it can make the scones tough. They freeze well, too. Creme de framboise is a raspberry liqueur.
INGREDIENTS
8oz/225g self-raising flour
Pinch of salt 2oz/55g butter
