Lindsey Construction Co. of Springdale recently bought 20 building permits valued at a combined $4.2 million to build The Greens at Blossom Way apartment complex in Rogers. The Greens on Blossom Way LP, of which Jim Lindsey is a principal, is the development firm.
Roy Stanley, president of Lindsey Management Co., said upon its completion The Greens will give his division of The Lindsey Cos. about 100 apartment complexes under management in seven states. That equates to more than 23,489 units.
