The men and women of the Air Force Technical Applications Center held their annual Pearl Harbor Ceremony Dec. 5, in front of the AFTAC building. The ceremony was held to honor those who were lost in the attack on Pearl Harbor Dec. 7, 1941, and those who lived through it. Sixteen men who survived the attack and several widows of Pearl Harbor veterans attended the ceremony.
The attack took place early in the morning of Dec. 7 while many American servicemen were sleeping or ashore away from their ships.
