Jul. 10--WEST DENNIS, Mass.--The squabble of two families over the rights to the sign of Kream 'N Kone, Dennisport's 50-year-old landmark restaurant, could be settled by a Barnstable Superior Court judge today.
The escalating dispute between longtime friends and business associates Kostas Mitrokostas, the building's owner, and Angelo and Angela Argyriadis, the owners of the business, began after Kream 'N Kone burned beyond repair in March.
At issue is who owns the retro neon sign adorned by a hamburger. Today's court hearing is scheduled for 2 p.m.
"It's just a shame the way things ended," Angelo Argyriadis said ...
