Jul. 30--Exxon Mobil Corporation yesterday became the latest major oil company to report a huge increase in second quarter profit, enjoying a windfall from high oil prices and higher refining margins.

Meanwhile, crude oil, gasoline and heating oil prices eased slightly when Russia's Justice Ministry gave permission for OAO Yukos Oil Co. to keep pumping.
