NYTimes.com and Public Agenda, a nonpartisan opinion research and citizen education organization, announced that Public Agenda's voter guides will be available on the New York Times Learning Network www.nytimes.com/learning, a free service for teachers, parents, and students in grades 3-12.

The series of nonpartisan issue guides, titled "First Choice 2004: Know What You Want Before You Decide Who You Want," is available for free download on www.nytimes.com/learning and www.publicagenda.org.
