NEW YORK, July 30 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today began trading Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. Strategic Return Notes Linked to the Industrial 15 Index. Trading under the ticker symbol SRK, one million shares of the new securities were issued at $10 each with a maturity date of August 3, 2009.
At maturity or upon exchange, holders will receive a cash amount based upon on the percentage change in the value of the Industrial 15 Index, less an annual index adjustment factor of 1.5.
The Notes are issued by Merrill Lynch. The Amex specialist unit is Wolverine Trading.
