Aug. 1--Roomy sports utility vehicle or small sedan? Towing power or around-town driving? Gas guzzler or gas efficient?
There's the rub.
Gas prices may be hovering near $2 per gallon, but according to local car dealers, SUV sales are as strong as ever.
"Actually SUVs have been very good even though gas prices are on the rise," said Justin Theel, general manager of Cedric Theel Toyota. "One of the things manufacturers are doing is trying to accommodate that by increasing fuel efficiency. People still need room, they still want a bigger vehicle, ...
