"Willie Nelson: Still Is Still Moving" is almost too much fun to be on PBS. It's not as if October is a pledge month.
The "American Masters" installment would be even more fun with a little more music, a little less talk. However, "American Masters" is not "Great Performances" and there is enough of Nelson on stage to please loyalists and give the unconverted a sample of what they're missing.
