Oct. 24--Following a contract dispute with Intermountain Health Care, about 50,000 members of Regence BlueCross BlueShield are getting letters warning they will not be able to use IHC physicians and hospitals next year.
BlueCross, Utah's largest health-care insurer with 615,000 members, and IHC, second with 475,000 members, failed this fall to come to a complete agreement over participating hospitals and doctors, officials of both companies acknowledge.
