Oct. 16--U.S. Treasury Secretary Paul O'Neill said he favors giving the airline industry more financial support as long as it's "reasonable."
He made the comment Tuesday during a tour of Boeing Co.'s F/A-18E/F fighter jet production line in St. Louis.
"We would support something reasonable," O'Neill told reporters. "It's yet to be defined what's reasonable."
U.S. airlines are seeking $4 billion in annual aid and tax relief.
