Oct. 21--BROWARD COUNTY
RICHARD M. FINKBEINER was named senior vice president and chief financial officer of Concord Camera Corp. in Hollywood. He was most recently vice president and chief fiancial officer of Menasha Corp.
ELEANOR R. LISANSKY was named first vice president and director of internal audit and compliance for Union Bank in Plantation. Jill Sager was named vice president of compliance and Community Reinvestment Act officer.
BARBARA K. SUNSHINE was re-elected to a two-year term ad director of the Broward County Bar Association. Sunshine has her own law practice, in Plantation.
