Aug. 3--Satellite hasn't killed the radio star -- at least not yet.
These days, commercial-free satellite radio is just one alternative to its broadcast counterpart.
Analysts say radio broadcasters will eventually have to change their ways to keep up with the trends. Clear Channel Communications, the nation's largest radio station owner, is already planning a lower cap on its commercial time, citing too much clutter on its stations.
