Oct. 9--TWIN FALLS, Idaho--There's good news for grocery shoppers. At least for those willing to take comfort in comparison.

The relative cost of living in Twin Falls is sliding, led by declines in transportation and grocery prices compared with the national average, a second-quarter study by the American Chamber of Commerce Research Association says.
