Dollahite works with Cornell Cooperative Extension educators across the state who support the delivery of nutrition programs for people with limited resources. She leads New York's Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP), works closely with programmatic aspects of the New York State Food Stamp Nutrition Education (FSNE) program--Eat Smart New York, and is involved with the Farmers' Market Nutrition Program in the state. In her research, Dollahite focuses on the ways that programs are delivered in New York and on how well they meet the needs of their target audiences.
