Do developers ever stop to think about what their street names say about them?
Take Fitchburg, for instance. What is up with these weird street names like Caddis Bend? Cahill Main? Triverton Pike? What's wrong with plain old "street"? These street namers should be a little clearer and go straight for "Ostentatious Avenue" or "Pretentious Pike." And by the way, a caddis is the larvae of a caddis fly. Why would anyone name a road after a worm?
Or how about those developments where the streets are named after the builder's relatives: Susie Street and Louis Lane and Karen Court? I hope those ...
